ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

The quality of your imprint depends on the quality of the artwork you supply us.We accept the following programs and formats for artwork:

• Adobe Illustrator CC or earlier. Please convert all text to outlines.
• CorelDraw X7  or Earlier (PC), Please convert all text to outlines.
• JPEG, PDF, BMP, EPS or TIF Format

Whatever format you have, we will work with!!

Sending us your Logo

The easiest way to get us your artwork is to e-mail it to artwork@maxxglobal.com. You can also fax a copy of the art layout to (800) 830-5913 to confirm the imprint. This will ensure all correct information is contained in your imprint.

Important Things to Consider

Are all place image/supporting files (AI, EPS, TIFF, etc. files) included? If not, we will not be able to correct problems, the art may print strangely or not at all, and final print quality cannot be guaranteed.

• Have all fonts been converted to outlines? If not, please include both screen and printer fonts (PC, Mac) in the archive.
• IMPORTANT! Has a hard copy been faxed to us at (800) 830-5913 to show what the art should look like?
• If no hard copy is provided, a paper proof may be required and there may be delays and an extra charge.
